Stopped at a red light,
I grip the steering wheel hard,
worried I’ll be late.
All the gripping in the world
won’t make the light change
faster. What needs to change is
me. I sigh, let go, relax.

Very true. I am a driving instructor in kettering
and offer driving lessons wellingborough and sometimes when I am running late for the lesson and then have to stop at the traffic lights. That’s the time I get the same feeling.
