I didn’t mean to hop

on that thought cloud

and drift into the past,

but when Knox gave his leash

an unexpected tug

I made a sudden landing.

Ah, yes. I remember when Cookie (my 80-poung black elkhound) could do that to me. I still miss her, though, a lot. 😂
