Word Rage

When the young mess up,

it’s called folly. For us old

folks, it’s called senility.

  1. Glenda says:

Every mess up is learning. Learning never stops as the world spins and changes for young and old alike.

  2. Funny how that happens, isn’t it? Is it fair to think it’s a continuum? Or is it just a matter if working with what we have available to us (resources, energy, discernment) at the time? At least in messing up at any age, we’re living and learning. Thank you in your teaching days for allowing your students to mess up with a safety net under us, even when you were the one who got in trouble at times! My 50th high school reunion is next year. Half a century of learning and proudly still messing up. You and Wynelle were phenomenal teachers! Em
