Thought she was a goner,
but Summer came back,
causing Fall to flee.
The next thing you know,
fallen leaves might decide
to reattach to trees.

The same thing happened here, Joan, causing one of the lilac bushes to flower in October! I hope it survives the winter with more than 100 inches of snow predicted for the soon-to-arrive season.
