These sun-filled March days
invite us to step outside
and bathe ourselves
in the long-awaited warmth
of almost Spring.
Indoor chores can wait
for those days when March clings
to the cold and dreariness of Winter.

How I wish I were able to follow your lovely advice, Joan. It takes all of the discipline I can muster to sit inside staring at my computer screen to grade student papers. I know it makes a difference to them, and I can still look aside occasionally and gaze out the window at the lovely sunshine and awakening life.
