Schooled By My Dog

Faced with the temptation to run free,

Toby took the high road and waited patiently.

The door stood open and he stood still,

hoping I would soon recall

we walk tethered

or not at all.

Love this precious image of a little dog who understands the importance of routine.

Also loved our time together today. Wonderful to be with you, dear Joan. Let’s do this often! I can used to this new routine.
