shift
to that
within us
which enjoys the
tenderness of connection more than wit.

Dear Joan, Thank you for this thoughtful and challenging invitation. I find myself wondering if there might be such a thing as kind wit — more like wishing I guess. Will hope to develop more awareness of what’s going on and look for better ways to connect with kindness.
