WALK WITH ME (a Thich Nhat Hanh documentary)

I wanted to walk with him,

but addicted as  I am to running

and doing many things at once,

I found myself shifting in my seat,

searching for action or meaning or

laughter or something more than what I got.

In time, though, I settled down and settled in

and discovered the simple joy of this gentle stroll.

    I haven’t seen the documentary – thanks for the suggestion. I love his writing on walking meditation.
