If this doesn’t show me

 I can do this,

I don’t  know what will.

On this rainy day at the beach

while others munch and watch movies,

I retreat,

 turn on that blasted video,

 and actually complete my rigorous

ten minute, seated, exercise routine.

I modestly proclaim,

though not yet fit,

I am no longer woeful.
