It’s been one hundred and eleven days
now. All I have
to say is
Holy
Cow!

It’s been one hundred and eleven days
now. All I have
to say is
Holy
Cow!
JDG
It doesn’t ask for perfection. All it
asks is if a
day is missed
we don’t
lose
heart,
that we
simply pick
ourselves up and,
returning to our theme, begin again.
JDG
I almost fell back into my old rut,
but instead I
moved into
my new
groove.
JDG
I’m learning to invest myself, body
and spirit, in
the heavens
and the
earth.
JDG
Mostly I’m in the world and out of it.
Every now and
then, all of
me is
here.
JDG
I am a speck of awareness in an
infinite flow
of isn’t,
is, and
…
JDG
I swim in a sea of solitude as
white-crested waves
break on a
sun stroked
shore.
JDG
After the storm, sea and sky quietly
made up and sent
friendly waves
to the
shore.
JDG
By now I’m usually done, but I’ve stuck
it out so far.
Exercise,
it
turns
out, is
not so hard
and it’s even
better that I can do it from my chair.
JDG
The pond almost seemed to beg the sky to
open as it
lay sweating
in the
sun.
