I’ve started

                            out on this

 winding journey

                    of self care

           more times

                      than I can count.

             I’ve flitted

here,  

                  there

          and everywhere

until I 

                   lost interest,

energy, 

                  and hope. 

Today I resolve

to take one small, measured step

and then another

until the journey itself

finally becomes the way.
