One voice says “stop”, another, “go”;

one says “yes”, the other, “no”.

Round and round and round they go

and when they’ll stop, I don”t know.

I guess it’s time for a referee –

someone far more wise than me.

Perhaps he (or is it she?)

will come up with something

and they’ll agree.
