Even if only
one or two come, I’ll be there
to see who meets us
as we stand holding the door
open to our deeper selves.

This poem came to me as I drove to work, trying to listen for guidance about whether or not to cancel a workshop I had been asked to facilitate on Seeking the Sacred in Poetry. I loved that the guidance came in the form of a poem.
