What comforts me today is what
is almost gone
and what returns.
Wild cherry’s
white prepares to leave as daisy’s
white springs forth. Small
butterflies take
this white and weave
a slowly shifting tapestry
where yesterday’s
white blends softly
toward tomorrow’s.

Joan–this is a comforting poem. You have inspired me to blog, and a coworker has helped me set up my blog. I am using your poetry-form-minute format and am enjoying it very much. If you’d like to sample my blog, google writetouchgirl.–Happy Mother’s Day!
