Sometimes Responsibility Sucks

Sometimes responsibility

sucks. Enough of

this character

building and all.

I’m practically a monument

already, which is

not how I saw

this late season.

What I had in mind was fooling

around, being

no account, a

joyful deadbeat.

    Sucks it can!! I am easing into (vs working hard at) using the ‘I GET to’ model. I also realize that a lot of the responsibility sucks stuff for me is about timing.. I know I need to, have to, should or whatever, but do I HAVE to do it NOW??? If you haven’t read David Foster Wallace’s ‘This Is Water’,I highly recommend it. It’s not 100% on target here, but atmospherically seems related. A good read at any rate.

    The fantasy of “joyful deadbeat” still looks very appealing to me. Life goals are important!
