I open the door.
Knox steps put,
takes a sniff, turns around,
walks back in.
One skunk meet and greet

Does AI plot, scheme,
and fight among themselves
like we humans do. or

To the wind that tree
was just a brief encounter
as it roared past, but

Words come and go,
and although we try to
chase them down,

an understanding smile
or a tail wag or two
to shift our day to a happier hue.
