and guide this year.

as we both drift off to sleep

warmed by the presence

of each other.

takes a sniff, turns around,

walks back in.

One skunk meet and greet

was enough.

and fight among themselves

like we humans do. or

is it more advanced ?

was just a brief encounter

it was home to squirrels and birds

and much beloved by us.
