whispering memories of

summer days long past.

knows he rules the land.

That tomato plant

is putting on quite a show.

Let’s hope it bears fruit.

it needs, but sometimes we don’t

listen til it screams.

Today I offered

my worries to the clouds above.

Sadly, they declined.

 Mind and body took

 a walk this morning and mind

  wouldn’t stop talking.

Congregation of

crows gathered on the porch rail,

worshipping birdseed.

simply watch the birds?
