Song Of His Self

Jul8

Not much of one for

hiding his song

beneath a bushel,

that cardinal held forth

from the roof top.

Knox Discovers Frogs

Jul7

Those little bouncy things

seem like they’d be lots of fun,

but they just hop away.

Oh well, I guess for now

balls will have to do.

Pronouncement

Jul6

Ah, these pesky pronouns!

Just when I congratulate myself

for finally getting them right,

I make another error.

Still, I’ll keep on trying.

Not So Fast

Jul5

That eagle soared low

in front of my car.

Such Generosity

Jun26

Internal Debate

Jun25

Little Guy, Big Job At The Bird Feeder

Jun23

I’m not sure how

but that small bird

takes his job seriously,

chirping daily, “Your meal is served “.
