Moment By Moment

What happened a year, 

a day,  a moment ago 

is not what’s happening now.

 From each moment why not

take what serves us best

and gently leave behind the rest?

    The taking in the moment is just as beneficial and noticing the release of the moment as well. Thank you, Joan for this lovely description.
